1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Novaframe Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Digital Assets

Novaframe Marketplace is a platform for creators to sell digital assets (wallpapers and themes). All sales of digital assets are final unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must own or have the explicit right to sell all assets they upload to Novaframe Marketplace. Uploading stolen, copyrighted, or inappropriate material will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Creators are responsible for ensuring their Stripe Connect account is in good standing. Novaframe Marketplace retains a platform fee on all transactions.
