Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales on Novaframe Marketplace are generally considered final. Once a digital item has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be "returned."

2. Eligible Refunds

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or significantly differs from its description.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
• The item was removed from the platform due to a copyright violation before you could download it.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact support within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and the reason for the request.
